Here's all four parts of Dana White's UFC 98 video blog. Highlights include tons of hot lesbians getting naked and then making out with each other. Hmm wait, this might be the wrong video. Get out of here, mom! I'm, uh, changing!
Check out the rest of the videos after the jump.
Here's Dana White's final video blog for UFC 96 filmed the day of the event. Highlights include Dana pounding on the Octagon trying to get Yves Lavigne to stop the Matt Brown/Pete Sell fight, and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson getting sucker punched in the balls. Dana also asks Rampage if he wants to take the Rashad Evans fight in May at UFC 98, though no definitive answer is given because Rampage just finished beating Keith Jardine. C'mon, Dana, at least wait until the guy has his pants back on. I'm surprised Dana didn't just jump into the Octagon during the fight and push Keith Jardine out of the way. "Get out of here, Jardine! Hey, Rampage, want to fight Rashad in May?"

We all knew Shinya Aoki was going to win by submission, but we didn't know it was going to be because David Gardner wanted to wave to everybody. Gardner defended the rear naked choke extremely well the first time Aoki got his back (so well, in fact, that Aoki gave up the back to try a different submission), but the second time Aoki got his back was just a disaster. What the heck, Gardner? You're in a fight against one of the best submission artists in the world and he has your back. Now is not the time to wave to the crowd and say "Hi, Japan." If he hadn't stuck his arm up to wave, Aoki wouldn't have been able to slide his own arm up and rear-naked choke him. It'd be like if in a bull fight, the moment the bull was about to charge, the matador threw down his red cape and then bent over.
NOTE: You can watch the entire fight after the jump, but skip to about 6:45 if you only want to see the end.
On this week's ESPN MMA Live, host Jon Anik, Franklin McNeil, and Kenny Florian take an in-depth look at Saturday's UFC 96 card and breakdown the main event fight between former light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Keith "The Dean of Mean" Jardine. They also recap WEC 39 and delve into the crossover appeal of boxing and MMA. Although for their next show they should follow my advice and cover what's really on everybody's minds: girls in bikinis. Or should I say girls not in bikinis.
Episode two of Dana White's UFC 96 video blog. Highlights include Wanderlei Silva doing a...Borat impression? Veerry niice!
Here's part one of Dana White's UFC 96 video blog. There's really not much going on here, though you do get a glimpse at Dana White's family and his home. I'm actually a little surprised he brought his family into this though. For some reason I just always thought he was the kind of guy who would keep his family life private and separate from his business life. Then again, I also thought the moon was a giant chunk of cheese until I was 18, so what do I know?
Here's some pre-fight footage of Quinton Rampage Jackson and Keith Jardine talking about their upcoming fight at UFC 96: Jackson vs Jardine. Pretty typical stuff here, "can't look past my opponent", "training hard", "yadda yadda yadda." Somebody needs to come up with some new pre-fight talk. Maybe break out into song and dance. Or do a magic trick. God, how I would love for a fighter to do a magic trick during their pre-fight interview.
Check out Keith Jardine's video after the jump.

Here's Dana White's latest video blog, chronicling his times at UFC 95: Sanchez vs Stevenson. Highlights include various shots of the ring girls and Rampage Jackson, uh, giving lapdances to the ring girls. And also sometimes they show the ring girls. Did I mention ring girls yet? Because there are ring girls in this video. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to roll my jaw off the floor like some sort of cartoon character.
Here's a pre-fight video of Demian Maia and Chael Sonnen talking about their upcoming fight at UFC 95: Sanchez vs Stevenson this Saturday (February 2, 2009) at the O2 Arena, United Kingdom. I'm glad Maia is aware that Sonnen's game plan will be to avoid the ground and simply outpoint him. And I'm glad Sonnen is aware Maia isn't afraid to pull guard. It'll be interesting to see the two of them try and nullify the other's game plan, knowing full well the other's game plan will be to nullify their game plan. Uh, or something like that. Was that even a sentence?
This week's episode of ESPN's MMA Live covers the Strikeforce purchase of EliteXC, a review of UFC Fight Night 17, and a look at Efrain Escudero and Ryan Bader being body scanned for the UFC 2009 Undisputed video game. They've also got L. Jon Wertheim in the studio, the author of Blood in the Cage: Mixed Martial Arts, Pat Miletich, and the Furious Rise of the UFC. Or, as I like to call it, The Book With The Longest Title In The World.
Here's Thiago "Pitbull" Alves appearing on Inside MMA and discussing his weight cutting. He says he walks around at about 200 - 205 lbs before cutting down to make weight for fights. He says he had trouble making weight for the Matt Hughes fight because he had a sprained ankle ten days before the event and had to take a cortisone shot which made him retain water. Other than that, he says he has no trouble making weight, and easily cut the 35 lbs needed for his welterweight (170 lbs) fight against Josh Koscheck. Which is, well, insane. Because that's 35 lbs! The only way I could cut 35 lbs is if you gave me a year, a barf bucket, and a knife to cut off some limbs.
Here's the hype video for UFC 95: Sanchez vs. Stevenson. It features an in depth look at the two main fights of the card: Diego Sanchez vs. Joe Stevenson and Wilson Gouveia vs. Nate Marquardt. Although, honestly, the fight I'm most excited to see is Demian Maia vs. Chael Sonnen. Sonnen was the WEC middleweight champion before it was absorbed by the UFC, so this should be a solid test to see where Maia's at in the UFC division. I've already placed him somewhere near the top, so a loss to Sonnen would pretty much shatter my dreams and leave me curled up and weeping in the corner. Hey, just like every other Saturday night for me!
...I'm so lonely.
This is a video of Lyoto Machida discussing how he changed up his training before his fight against Thiago Alves at UFC 94: St. Pierre vs Penn. He says before he didn't do any strength or cardio training, but he added those in to try and become a more explosive fighter. It's a scary thought to imagine adding knockout power to Machida's already ridiculous skill set. If I was cornering any of his opponents, my advice would be to show up to the fight with a machine gun.
Here's part two of Joe Lauzon's Ultimate Fight Night blog. Highlights include learning how to properly pronounce his last name ("Low-zon") and insights into his drinking and peeing habits.
Here's the newest episode of ESPN MMA Live. Jon Anik, Kenny Florian, and Franklin McNeil take a look back at UFC 94, which was headlined by Georges St. Pierre's controversial stoppage of BJ Penn, and also preview Saturday's UFC Fight Night 17 card. And I have to admit, it's pretty neat for Kenny Florian to be talking about the St. Pierre-Penn fight when he's next in line for BJ Penn. One of the nice perks of having pro fighters on air.
Joe Lauzon has posted the first video blog for his trip to Tampa for his fight against Jeremy Stephens at Ultimate Fight Night this upcoming Saturday. You can basically skip the first four minutes. Unless, you know, you're idea of excitement is watching people walk around, sit in planes, stand in elevators, sit in vans, and basically do absolutely nothing.
Here's Dana White's latest video blog taped on Saturday, the day of UFC 94: St. Pierre vs Penn. Highlights include a devastated Stephan Bonnar almost breaking down into tears and Dana White walking over to light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans and saying to him, "Georges is in trouble. The commission caught Georges' corner rubbing vaseline all over his back." Not looking terribly good for St. Pierre in regards to the "greasing" controversy but we'll see how it plays out. Personally, the only way I could've seen the fight going differently is if a trained gorilla showed up in BJ's place.
Through the magic of video games, here's a taste of what Saturday's UFC 94 event could look like. You know, assuming Georges St. Pierre and BJ Penn show up looking like weird, plastic, twitchy versions of themselves.
Here's Dana White's latest video blog. About seven minutes in you'll think you're watching the world's weirdest episode of While You Were Out.
